Our Method

One-to-One Pedagogy

A proprietary educational approach that places each individual child at the centre, recognising them as the active protagonist of their learning and co-explorer of their emotions.

The Philosophy

Children are not containers to be filled, but lights to be illuminated

One-to-One Pedagogy is born from over 30 years of research and field practice. It is a patented model that refers to the child as a unique individual, with their own rights, context and competences.

The approach favours the harmonious development of the whole person: cognitive, relational, emotional and social elements grow together. Children learn to know themselves and the world around them, becoming aware and autonomous world citizens.

The goal is ambitious: serene, creative and autonomous children, accompanied by supported families actively engaged in the educational journey.

The Four Pillars

The dimensions of growth

Our method develops across four fundamental educational dimensions, integrated in a harmonious and complete journey.

01

Social-Emotional Development

At the heart of our approach is emotional education. Through the RULER method, developed by Yale University's Center for Emotional Intelligence, children learn to recognise, understand, label, express and regulate their own emotions.

This journey builds fundamental skills: empathy, resilience, self-awareness, relational abilities. Skills that will accompany children throughout their lives.

02

Intercultural and Bilingual Education

Not isolated English lessons, but natural language immersion. Our native-speaking educators accompany the children in daily life: during meals, rest, play and activities.

This approach harnesses the brain plasticity of the first years of life, allowing children to acquire the second language with the same naturalness as the first. Bilingualism becomes an open window onto other cultures, other ways of thinking and seeing the world.

03

Environmental Education

Outdoor Education is an integral part of our method. Direct contact with nature stimulates curiosity, reflective capacity and respect for the environment.

Children explore, observe and experiment outdoors. Every garden becomes a classroom, every season a lesson. The goal is to develop a deep ecological awareness that arises from direct experience and becomes part of one's identity.

Scientific Education and STEAM

Science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics workshops introduce children to critical thinking and creative problem-solving from earliest childhood.

From sensory exploration to first scientific experiments, from coding to robotics, from augmented reality to art: a journey that feeds natural curiosity and prepares the minds of tomorrow.

Pedagogical Heritage

On the shoulders of giants

Our method is nourished by the great Italian and international pedagogical tradition: Montessori, Don Milani, Alberto Manzi. A cultural heritage that guides our daily innovation.
