Since 1993, Crescere Insieme has been building a world where every child can find their own path, supported by a community of care, competence and love.
From a dream of care, an educational ecosystem
In 1991, Francesca Foti founded an association dedicated to supporting new mothers and families. From that deeply human vision was born, in 1993, the operational adventure in the world of childhood services.
What began as a small local project in Rome has grown into one of Italy's most important educational ecosystems: over 55 facilities in 7 regions, 30,000 families in the network, partnerships with Italy's most prestigious institutions.
Every step of this growth has been guided by an unchanging principle: children are at the centre. Their happiness, their development, their future.

Over 30 years of growth
Francesca Foti founds the association supporting new mothers and families.
Operational start in early childhood educational services in Rome.
Expansion into managing corporate nurseries for institutions and major companies: Bank of Italy, Poste Italiane, INPS.
Francesca Foti wins the Businesswoman of the Year Award. New nurseries for Aeroporti di Roma and Regione Campania. The Advanced Training School is born.
Expansion into Sardinia, Lombardy and Liguria. Opening of bilingual centres in Genoa, Lodi, Cremona and Rome.
Acquisition of three facilities in Lombardy (Segrate, Cassina de' Pecchi, Milano Casoretto) and management of the Piccole Tracce nursery in Cremona.
Acquisition of Busy Bees Italia: the network exceeds 55 facilities across 7 regions. Crescere Insieme becomes the national reference point in early childhood education.

Founder
Specialised in childbirth psychoprophylaxis and movement education, she founded Crescere Insieme in 1991 with the vision of a better world for children and families.
Domenico Crea
Business Direction
Expert in business direction and organisation, he brings development models inspired by Northern European and international best practices.
Margherita Fassari
Psychopedagogical Coordinator
Developmental and educational psychologist, she directs the Advanced Training School and manages collaborations with the university world.
